Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will issue a return label and ask that you repackage all returning items as best you can in the original packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your art piece after 14 days, please let us know. You may be eligible for a return with credit toward another item on our website.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom-made pieces come with no guarantee of return. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us—we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Email us at naterickettsdesign@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
- Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item. Refunds or credits will be issued accordingly.
