At Nate Ricketts Design, we take pride in crafting unique, high-quality pieces and ensuring they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 days. Please be aware that most items are handmade in our California studio once ordered. These items may take up to 21-35 days for handmade production. Once complete, these orders will be processed and shipped within 5 days
- Custom items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Domestic orders within the U.S. generally arrive within 2-6 business days after processing.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
- We may not be able to ship to all P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, materials, or international regulations.
Damages & Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at naterickettsdesign@gmail.com within 10 days with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
- Nate Ricketts Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
International Orders & Customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and vary by country.
